Not only does he have reason to beleive otherwise, he BELEIVES otherwise. Otherwise he would not be offering them in private auction, with no guarantee of authenticity and no returns.

I never understood people who expect these scammers, when confronted, to say, "You're right. I know these are fakes and I'm trying to commit interstate fraud."

collect T205 cards?? Why also do they only collect Wagner, Cobb and Matty? (based on what appears on ebay) You'd think their dad would have told them about Stuffy McInnes, Three Finger Brown and Laughing Larry Doyle and their cards would turn up every now and then. These grandpas also have a penchant for storing them in old desks.

The reason his last auction was not remove is that in this and only this auction does he NOT state that there is no guarantee.

So now he has re-listed all of them without saying "no guarantee", but he still says that all sales are final. What's the difference? - he's still selling fake cards and the buyer is not allowed to return them when he/she determines that they are reprints.
