How hard are the grading companies on vintage cards that have a small amount of paper loss due to scrapbook removal? The cards do have blank backs to begin with so there is no color or print loss. |

you are not going to get a grade better than Good. I know that with glue stains, you won't get better than a 40 with SGc, no matter how mint the rest of the card is. |
