This auction just closed on eBay and was wondering how good of a deal, if any, did the buyer get? |

I think that's a good deal....I was watching a live auction on ebay about a month ago and was pretty astounded at some of the prices that the silks were bringing with no backing and they were pretty ratty....$50-60 for just some of the common players. |

Thanks Dan, that is what I was afraid of. Knowing that, I feel even worse now that I couldn't buy them two years ago. |

I wouldn't beat yourself up about it. 2 years ago $650 could have bought you a lot more than it does today in vintage cards. One other S74 with backing went for $90 a little while ago. The auction wasn't unoticed as a number of bidders were in the 800-1000 range. My $807 snipe didn't even register, but that didn't surprise me. |
