Yes, I have seen Gerry's name many times in hobby periodicals and other places. It's sad to lose folks and especially sad for the hobby because of the knowledge lost. At any rate, as Burdick said "about 6 in." and with names, could he have meant these? (unless we know where these are from now
...) and aren't those beauties of yours BF3-7 ?

The cravats are another mystery yet to be solved. But I don't think they are Burdick's bf4s. The size is too different. The cravats are eight and a half inches. Burdick's bf4s are six inches. The type sevens at five and a half inches seem much closer. But we probably will never know. All we can do is guess.
