Last year I did it at White Plains, one card, was told one hour and took more than two, so beware if you don't want to hang around too long...

I have done a few on site submissions too, with SGC. Saves on shipping and one of the times, I didn't want the particular cards going through the mail as they were quite valuable and irreplaceable. (I wrote an article for 19thCentury Only about it).
