Nice image and definitely one we don't see every day. Sorry I can't help with other answers but it is copied to the memorabilia section of this forum to try to get a few more eyes on it.

This is not in my wheelhouse but a quick search turned up this photo from REA in 2013 http://www.robertedwardauctions.com/...2013/1167.html. This image which is the same as yours is attributed to Joseph Hall.

With it being a little replica of that Joseph Hall it might have a little more value than if it were some other photographer or team, both of which are top notch. Nice ID...
