Default Latest Pick up at the National

I picked up this 1930 Max Schmelling/Joe Louis (Rookie)/Braddock Strip at the National over the weekend.

Mike, that's not a Louis RC; PSA is just ignorant. Those sport wallet cards were a UK issue from the 1930s, not 1930. Louis was 16 years old in 1930 and years away from turning pro. This is the Louis RC:




I just picked up the small version.

This would also probably be considered a RC, since the bio indicates a 1935 issue date:

I was happy about these two pickups. I'm now a T225 Leach Cross from completing that set.

The Ogden's Series A pickup leaves me four short of now having that set:

76 Jack O'Brien
77 Jem Smith
78 Jim (Jem) Mace
93 Kid McCoy

I love both of these sets. There's some real stunning T225 cards especially.

Let me know if anyone has any of the above cards!
