Or use COMC Mailboxes to get a US shipping location who will then mail your card to Canada.

1) Create an account on COMC. 2) You use the Washington location as an alternate eBay shipping address. 3) Buy the card and check out with that shipping address. 4) COMC receives the card and puts it in your account. 5) You mail yourself the card much cheaper from the Canadian Vancouver office.
