Yes. PSA has been horrible at grading these cards consistently through the years. Much like they have been with other hand cut cards.

But that's an entirely different issue than whether there are fakes/reprints of these cards out there.

Kind of like your issue with Beckett but you are still drinking PSA Kool-Aid (which is fine by me but seems a bit hypocritical).
