Ne1 have contact info for Joe Orlando? I called PSA this morning. After talking to a Manager in the customer relations department, the best I could get was that they would send a FedEx envelope. I was also told that they couldn't tell me how long it would take them to turnaround this return. I offered to drive down there and wait, but they wouldn't do that. Like I said earlier, probably another 90 days!
