I reported the listing to ebay before it ended, but as usual nothing happened...
I know he's saying its a fake card, but no seller should be allowed to make and/or sell a counterfeit SGC slab/flip as well. Not good.

Yes, even with disclosure, there is nothing ethical, moral or excusable about the sale of the item. Despite the disclosure, I'd even go as far as to call it dishonest.
