Ebay buyer protection is excellent, Paypal buyer protection is excellent as well. You can file claims on both if one happens to deny a claim.
2 things to keep in mind: If the card is $750 and up, the seller is required to use Signature Confirmation. Sellers are required to accept returns for items not as described, regardless of what the sellers return policy is. |
