They went from $15 to $25 a couple of months ago, then tripled to $75 once PSA announced it was shutting down any submission level under $300 until July at the earliest.

It's not a good time to submit for grading. If you can wait it out, you're probably best off doing so. If you have something you urgently need to sell, and want to maximize your return, then I suppose it's time to make the tough decisions and perhaps bite the bullet. It won't be timely or cheap.
