Default T206 Value Opinions

I just finished a deal to buy this T206 Lucky Wright AB350 back PSA 2. In my opinion it’s a generous grade but here’s my question: this is a PSA pop 1 none higher, none lower, a true pop 1. The only sale of one of these was an SGC 1 at REA last year for $690. It’s going in my collection forever so the value doesn’t matter much but I’m curious what the experts think it’s worth. Me and the seller went back and fourth and finally agreed on a price I felt was fair. What do you think this is truly worth being as rare as it is?

I'm not an expert but it is not a true Pop 1...just cause PSA has it listed as one don't mean it is so
PSA does not care much about accurate information as many collectors do
For your card posted I would be at $100-$200
Below is an AB 350 w/Frame PSA 5

I’d think a good price would be in the neighborhood of that SGC 1 from last year.

Uncommon/rare back commons are extremely hot right now, and a low pop just adds to that mix. (A creased raw Rucker throwing AB350 went for $455 last week— this is a pop 12 PSA card.)

I would agree with you on this! I’ve been buying a ton of AB backs lately and finding one under $300 raw or low grade is tough. I appreciate the input and I agree wholeheartedly!

That card was the only sale value we could find! Looks great in a PSA holder! Thank you for sharing!

I think somewhere in the $600 range is pretty fair. DOn't forget to look at the SGC pop report (3 Wrights in there), those are known cards too. Here is one I used to own:
