The one wax box I was able to get a code off of is the scratch off - it's got a 403 number. I assume that the other three box types are 401, 402 and 404, and that these 2 cases held two of them.

Wax tray. Don't remember where I saved this from, maybe BBCEX website. Have a different version too but believe it's a fake as looks like 1974 tray so not going to post

This pic is from an exhibit about the 1960's at The Alameda County Fair, and I thought I'd post it here in case you (or anyone else) could use it in some fashion.

There was no signage indicating what year it is from, but (perhaps contemporaneously) "4th Series" was written in pen on the box...
