Default Name the HOF pitcher who...

Never won more than 20 in a season.
Never saved a single game.
Hit well under .200 lifetime.
Never managed or held a front-office position.

I think that had been hanging over his head for awhile and he was glad to go out with that as the topper to his career.

Mussina definitely meets the criteria.

Jack Morris won over 20 games at least twice.

Jim Bunning never won over 20, was a bad hitter, and never held a front office or manager job (managed only in the minors). Don't know if he saved a game or not.

If he managed in the minors, one can't say he never managed, I wouldn't think.

Speaking of Bunning, I read a story which went something like a guy was explaining to him why physics proved there was no such thing as a rising fastball, and Bunning's response was, "Physics don't know shit about pitching."

The list sounded like major league criteria, not minor league benchmarks. I shall just leave this to everyone else.

I looked him up and lo and behold, 16 saves. 6 in a year when he had 35 starts. Men were men...
