Lou Whitaker inscription
I have this awesome Lou Whitaker signed JD McCarthy postcard he signed back in 1979. He inscribed the date, his ROY award, his nickname, and "Good Luck". I love it. However, I can't figure out what the bottom right inscription is. It looks like it says #UWO but I have no idea what that could mean. Plus it has a wavy line over it that may or may not be part of the text. Anyone have a clue?

It certainly looks like a # (hashtag or phone pound sign, signifying a number) which made me look up his rookie uniform number, which appears to be 43. Could that be a 4 and a 3, oddly written?? Baseball Reference shows he wore 43??
