I'd think very likely, if not certainly, (mc) due to a bit of the name/team being cut off or right at the edge.

That worked! Looks miscut to me but they are not consistent about these things from what I've seen.

I don’t think there’s any upside to trying to cross this one over. Even if it did cross, I doubt it would be worth meaningfully more.

If you’re working on a set for the set registry, then I would just sell this one and buy one that’s already graded by PSA.
