Nope, not happened for me, yet. I'm usually the opposite, I go to bed the high bidder and found I was the runner-up. What's that saying? Second place is the first loser.

To feel better when I end up as the underbidder, I like to think I am that all important guy who had the most influence in setting the price for the winning bidder.
