What's going on with this Barry Bonds rookie "short print" - writing on the back??

Yes, absolutely a Ken Goldin Card that lost its little paper coa. Also, the previous info about PSA refusing to holder serialed cards that will not be verified by the manufacturer with clarity even if it’s a legit signature is correct. It can’t be holdered and will be returned “no spec info”.
