Need Expert Help: Mickey Mantle McCarthy Postcard Dating

Reaching out for the wealth of information here on this site. I purchased a Mickey Mantle McCarthy postcard that I believe is from 1953, but am hoping to confirm the date on it. Based solely on a webpage from a collector that has 1400+ McCarthy postcards, it appears that only having one line of writing on the back would date this to 1953, but any and all guidance/expertise on this would be greatly appreciated. I know nothing about this postcard but noticed the postmark is January (14th?) 1953....Wouldn't that make one think it was printed prior to '53? Just a passing thought.

Not that it means anything but it was mailed from Baxter Springs, Mantle played for the Baxter Springs whiz kids in 1948
