Thanks guys for helping to make my point. The only way to know the market rate for the cards Bruce is asking for is to put the items up for bid.

So really Bruce should be offering to blow people away with offers they couldn't refuse if he expects anyone to sell such rare items straight to him. Regardless of the 0-15% he "might" save them. I know I'd take my chances going to market anyday of the week.
