More eBay fraud

About Pegasus Carriers blah blah blah has been going on for years now. I think it fooled a few people at first...Buyers would get a tracking number from a bogus company, send money, and viola, no cards, no card company, and NO SHIPPING company. All one big, nice, tidy scam.....breast regards (old joke, can I say that anymore with mixed company?)
