I recently picked up a couple of pictures off of e-bay, Irving Hadley, pitcher for Phil. and New York and Robert Gibson which says Yankees first base on the back. These are both stamped American League Service Bureau, Henry P. Edwards, Mgr., Straus Bldg., Michigan Blvd., Chicago, Ill. I can't find a Robert Gibson listed with the Yankees at all, and wondered if anyone knew anything about these photographs? Thanks for any input. |
