query on a publishing project from Mark Rucker

As a little background for those who do not know Mark, prior to the sale of his collction by Bill Mastro in 1995, Mark had the largest and most important pre-1876 baseball collection ever assembled. It was conducted as a single owner sale and created quite a stir at the time. Mark and I have been best of friends for more than twenty years, and when he approached me with this idea, I suggested he pose it to the board. Next to vintage cards, baseball photography comprises much of the discussion here. We both thank you for your feedback.
