That was an interesting interview, thanks for sharing it. I'm not sure Lionel's memory is correct on the Plank card, though, as he wrote to me many years ago and told me a different story on it. He said he used to buy T206 sets in the Bray auctions and upgrade his set and then resell the sets in the Bray auctions. He said the Plank card was in one of the sets he bought this way. He said he stopped buying sets when he started buying the same ones he had already handled. |
