Congratulations Anthony! I looked at that lot several times in admiration. That issue has grown on me, and I really didn't pay much attention to it until about a year ago. I didn't bid, but not because I didn't want to. |

No idea who it was, but I'm assuming since Mick is in road grays and Bowman was in Philadelphia it was shot at Shibe Park, so it's probably an Athletic or Yankee player. |

That's Shibe. I just Googled it and quickly saw several images of that three-paneled (vertical) right field fence. Still, the player...doesn't really look like "New York" across his chest. They moved to KC in '55 so that picture must have been taken in '54. Vic Power on 1st base? |

If I recall correctly, all the 1955 Bowman pixes were taken at Connie Mack Stadium (Shibe). The Bowman Gum Co. |
