I think you will have an uphill battle fighting PSA on a rebuilt card. It's worth a try though...

Wow, that sucks David. PSA gave it a numerical grade, and now it won't cross to SGC because it's rebuilt. I think PSA should be obligated to reimburse you the price of a VG 3 Ward.

Barry, I agree with you that it is a "beaut" until SGC evaluated that the card was rebuilt. I have a real problem with rebuilt and trimmed cards, I would rather have paper loss and heavy creases. When a factor of deceit comes in, it changes my view of the card no matter how it looks. That is just my 2 cents. Thanks for the compliments and opinions, I will post an update if it happens.
