These pins are very condition sensitive. The pins are worth a lot more if the tabs have not been bent. If you try to bend them out again, they will probably break off, as I have found out. Given the shape of your two, I would guess they are worth 10 to 20 dollars.

Here are some other examples of the 1938 tabs. These are very condition sensitive. Easily scratched and usually found with bent tabs.
