Not sure what you would consider a "good price," but try BCW (bcwsupplies.com). Looks like $26.39 + s/h for 10 of the 12x30 size pennant toploaders. If you're buying in bulk, you might look into setting up a wholesale account with them (should save about another $6 per 10), though I don't recall what is required to be considered a "wholesale customer." Tax number maybe?

They're not the only source for supplies, but are the best all around that I've found.
