I only saw the titles of two posts but it was about as abusive as anything I've ever seen online. for someone on the level of using proxy servers to abuse and slander people over the internet, real legal action will be a nightmare inside a nightmare.

I have no idea of all the things he said or did, but if he vowed to never ever post on this forum again thats not a bad deal.

I love the idea of some smug ****bag thinking the anonymity of the Internet would keep him from having to owe up to the things he said. Maybe you can get his parents on speaker phone and read off some of the stuff he said to you.

I will most likely follow up and file charges tomorrow with the Reno police dept. This is partly about principle and partly about not letting someone talk about my family, let alone my daughter. I believe James said it draws people in. It wasn't a slight to the townsfolk... I think it deserves an apology, but hey, that's me.

I saw the original threads, and agree with the masses that this guy shouldn't get away with that sort of crap. They were vulger, inflammatory, and highly offensive. Seems that if these things were being written, while using him as a cover, that would carry even more weight in a legal proceeding, although I'm sure it might be hard to get him in Reno. But maybe, with his "celebrity", a written deposition might carry some weight in the court...?

The stuff that was written this morning was awful, whether written about a daughter, a sister, any female you might think of. The guy needs to be dealt with in a way that puts a stop to this kind of behavior (or behavioral disorder).

Being a viewer on the outside here. I ran across this page wondering what "leon, dont do anything hasty" meant. I think you guys have really gone a bit too far here calling police over some "internet crap talk" as they would call it. Just dish it back and dont take it so seriously. This is a 25 year old guy just messing around trying to get under your skin. And it looks like he won in doing that since you are showing so much attention towards this. Reading all of these posts here shows that Mr. Bill might have more things on you guys than you have on him "harassment" "Privacy". Finding pictures and calling his parents is just rediculous now. We are grown men here, do you really have time to be messing around with a kid who said vulgar things? You really sit there and feed into this nonsense? In the heat of the moment I understand your frustrations, but is this even really worth all this? Just something for you guys to really think about.
