Nelson, great pickups. How close are you to completing the '33 set?

The month of September is finishing in fine fashion. I hope to have a couple substantial additions to the October thread.
Haha. Thanks Bill! I agree, October is looking quite appealing for pickups with the great auctions that will be running.

Been a rather slow past few months, saving up for some large auctions next month. Had my eye on this Carey for the past year and was finally able to pick it up. Not his rookie obviously, but earliest signed card I can get right now for the time being.

This makes it my third signed E-AC card, I love this set. Great looking cards and great action shots as well.

Default 1891 Eastern Association Lebanon Cedars

From Sandler's All Sports Auctions, I believe this cabinet card is of a player from the roster of the 1891 Lebanon Cedars. The back of the photo states 1891. I don't think it's Doc Bushong, Bill Clymer, Monte Cross, or Pop Tate, some of the bigger names from this roster. Does anyone recognize this player?

You should resubmit that one. Way under graded in my opinion. Nice pick up.

Have eyed one of these blue ones for awhile, shocked to get it at great price, and Eddie's hot these days.

Nice additions, everybody!

Ian, that's a really nice Sisler. Sometimes, you just have to treat yourself, right?

Steven, nice Groom. I have to say that the Polar Bear is my favorite of all T206 backs. It's so different from all the others with the solid blue back. It really jumps out.

Greg, I've been shopping the Collins T206. The prices have gone up recently, so I'd best get mine before they go up too much more.

Jason and tbob, could you guys recommend a good place to learn about the t210s? I like them.

Pretty quiet summer. Here are two C46s I picked up this month. Excuse the poor quality scans. I keep promising myself to buy one of the recommended (by you guys) scanners but I always seem to find other ways to spend the money.
