Default Is this Manning patch fake?

Hi all,

I am interested in this 04' Fleer card with a patch from Peyton in it but would like to know if it coud be a fake? I noticed that the patch sticks out from the window and this is what drew me to the card but wonder if the reason might be suspect. All opinions welcome!

Attached on the left is the card I am questioning and on the right is a regular example from what I have seen.

I've seen cards with parts of jerseys sticking out so I don't think thats anything to worry about. The 2 jerseys in the cards look very different, I would wait for a better example, if you're worried about authenticity.

Thanks. I noticed the difference too, ainly in the color. I think it may be due to the photo as the colors on the cards themselves seem to be different tones. The patch seems to have part of a laundry tag and a number or letter?

The white jersey part is different too. Could be part of the collar or sleeve elastic or side elastic but def not the same material.

Might be part of the home blue jerseys?

Thanks for everyone's comments. I feel it is too risky to persue this one due to the unknowns. Looks like a neat card if its real though. I hope it is.

Colors could totally just be the photo, that's for sure.
