Pretty sweet items. A multi-signed ball with Ruth on the sweet spot, an inscribed 1st edition of his book, an inscribed oversized photo.

I thought the price of the ruth photo was a bit much at $15 - 20,000 isn't that what it was

I'm no expert on the subject, but when they use insurance replacement value it's always higher than it's market value. I don't know the insurance theory behind that, but that's something I've noticed.

They also sometimes use 'retail value' or 'what it would sell for in a gallery' which of course is not what a normal person would get.
