Default Don Mossi, Trendsetter...

Recently, I was searching for pictures of Don Sutton to do a 'cards that never were' in-action shot of him, and man, something jumped out at me!!! Donnie had huge, Dumbo-esque ears on him!!! Yowza. It looks like his pitching arm would hit his right ear as he followed through. Yet he's never mentioned in aural conversations like good ole Don Mossi. How did he stay under the radar for so long?? Are there other players out there who have slipped by unnoticed???

Oh, and I don't want it to sound like I'm being rude or insensitive here. Let's just say when I was little, I was tor-frickin-mented about the size of my ears. Eventually I grew into them, as my mom was wont to say.

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

I'm not Brad Pitt, but Jesus...

With those ears, and that nose, he could achieve flight with a stiff breeze.
