Default T206 Top Tier HOF List

Assuming the top tier T206 players are Cobb, Wagner, Johnson, and Mathewson (the inaugural Hall of Famers, minus Ruth), who would you list in the 2nd tier? I would assume Speaker, Lajoie, and Cy Young would be locks. Am I missing anyone else that belongs in their esteemed company?

For T206, I would certainly put Plank with the first group.

In 1936, after the first 5 were Lajoie, Speaker, then Young in that order. Second year 1937 the votes put in Lajoie, Speaker, then Young - again in that same order.
