Keyboard cleanliness aside - while I don't believe it is Jackson, the "S" on the jersey looks similar to the one that was on the jersey worn by the 1909 Savannah Indians team he played on, but, the cap was different being of a solid dark color and not 2-toned like this and the stirrups not having a stripe.
