Default Willie Mays Autograph Opinions

Well, I found that this (is at least supposed to be) a Willie Mays autographed baseball. My stepdad received it at a company function about 20-25 years ago. I started looking up Madison Sports Management Inc, and looks like they were suspicious in the early 2000s. What are the opinions out there... Is this a legit Willie auto??

Thanks! I sent the pictures to a local card shop owner, who said he thinks it would be worth getting a JSA cert for the baseball. JSA will be at his shop later this month, so I'll probably bring it there and pay for a review by them.

The cert is from Madison Sports. They along with B&J and Stan's where the biggest sellers of forgery's on the east coast.
Im just saying. Mays is not one of the people I can say yes or no to.

Exactly what my concerns were. I'll have JSA check it out

While I have to agree with my critically acclaimed, esteemed fountain of Knowledge Sheldorf that Madisons was a forgery factory.... I actually think it's a quality "Fleece Mop" from that ERA. Look forward to seeing what JSA thinks? I'd also like to know the ball is a NL William White, Giamatti or Leonard Coleman.

Good Luck with it

I hope it is authentic but I have reservations about it

Just do a quick opinion from Beckett for $10 before you drop $50-$75 with JSA
