Feldman, who played for the Giants between 1941 and 1946, has no card according to Beckett's Baseball Card Checklist.

Can you really consider guys like Dickie Kerr and Heinie Groh to be "bad boys"? Their transgression was holding out. People think that Bud Selig is a tool for the owners KML was a huge tool!

Steve......... Harry Feldman not only has two cards, but they are both listed in the current Beckett Almanac. They may not be in the alphabetcal checklist, but I know that I personally shared the checklist for one of the two sets with Rich Klein , when he worked there.... ....... Sadly the checklisting issues for vintage material will not be improving there any time soon

The ultimate #1 transgression as baseball developed was the honesty of the game, so game fixing and gambling were taboo. Most of these guys were involved with that, to varying degrees. KM Landis hammered these guys, which helped to minimize the gambling ties in subsequent years. Pete would be an obvious modern day example of someone who didn't take game integrity seriously. As he bet with gamblers, they could see how he bet, and when he didn't bet, and glean information from that... plus once a guy gets indebted to the gamblers, then they could manipulate what you do, a la NBA basketball referee...

But if you look at the list, it seems overwhelmingly weighted to the '10-20 period. Ban Johnson promised a new league that was more honest, was that the case in the first 10 years of the AL, since it would seem it wasn't the case in its 2nd decade?
