Its been since 2007 so I know its been a very long time but I'm trying to find who bought this lot https://sports.ha.com/itm/autographs.../a/707-19101.s

Its a signed 1931 Cardinals Metropolitan Autographed Lot from Heritage Auctions.

If you know who it is please reach out to me. Would love to try to buy some of these. Trying to complete the set.

Hello, Ben. I won that auction back in 2007. Being a big Cardinal fan, I was delighted! It was missing Dizzy Dean and Branch Rickey. I searched for those for about 10 years with no luck at all. I became discouraged with the "incompleteness" and sold them as a near set. That person immediately broke them up and sold them individually.

Just curious, which ones do you need?

Good luck with your search for that white whale.

I bet you'll come across some forum members who own a few (maybe some of these exact ones) if you post in the 1920-1949 card bst. Many card collectors on the forum don't check this autograph area.

I need the Chick Hafey really badly. I have the Dizzy Dean. Don't have the Branch Rickey. The ones I need are:

Chick Hafey
Branch Rickey
Walter Roettger
James Wilson
Andrew High

Default 1931 Metropolitans

So the buyer has been found BUT they are no longer in his hands. Mr. Galleano is so nice to help me out. Super guy. So now to find where they went lol. I talked to Mr. Stinson who had them and sold them but his records are very in depth and hard to get to. So......the search continues.
