IMHO the 1970 set graded all PSA 9 would bring more money at selling time individually than as I set. I believe the high $ complete sets that have sold at auction recently have been primarily pre-war sets and would be much tougher to put together than a high-grade 1970 Topps set. |

By selling the set intact you eliminate most buyers: [1] Those who haven't got a large amount of cash [2] Those who already are deep into the set- they're unlikely to buy a whole set just to get a few cards they need. |
