I think HOF Auto Rookies was referring to the copy that was actually signed on or around July 4, 1776, not the Dunlap broadside which was the first published copy of the document.

if the problem is that the wining ticket has to pay taxes well at least topps can stay in business and buy the item back right?
Certain items should not be cut up like they are. Its hard to say what shouldnt. But Topps says they know what collectors want, and I wish our voice was stronger on saying please do not cut up a 1/1 josh gibson bat. Thats what it was until you cut it up. Now I wont buy a pack of 2000 whatever the year is pack!.
Makes me sick
