Default 1961 Topps Magic Rub Offs insert

Today at our local show I picked up the last three "rub-offs" to complete my set (Ernie "Bingo" Banks, Detroit Tigers, Pittsburgh Pirates). Dealer also had several of the team logos priced at $1 each, and I bought all he had (25). When I got home I noticed the backs on about 1/2 of the "rub-offs" were different than I have seen before.
"Set 2-Eighteen Baseball Emblems"
"Collect The Entire Series"

36 "rub-offs" listed in the set. Series I 18 players, Series II 18 Team Emblems?

Found one on COMC (Pirates). Were these in OPC packs as well? Look to be much rarer than the standard back.

And there's no French on them... maybe a different print shop? Maybe they ran out and reordered the backing? Get PSA to recognize them and you've got something.

I sold my set a while back but kept scans, none had the new back Larry found. Before 1965 Topps sold baseball cards directly in Canada but I've never seen a back like those before.

I don't know how rare these backs are going to end up being but I figured I better not take a chance and got the Bingo Banks on eBay. Now I need the Cubs rub off with the rare back.

Back today at our monthly show I purchased the 28 remaining rub offs for $1 each including 12 more with the different backs (all 12 were team emblems)

Turns out the 1965 Football Ruboffs have this reverse as well, I think all of them, not just some. Just no set 1 or 2 distinction:
