Default Anyone know what this Mike Schmidt is?

Hi Guys:

A fried passed along the below Mike Schmidt to me asking for info. I have never seen it. I am awaiting more info on what if anything is on the back, size etc. So far I just have the photo.

PLMK if you know what this is or where it came from.

Appreciate it!

It looks like a cut out from either something like a placemat or one of those slurpee cup checklist sheets. However, I don't have anything to back that up with, other than a guess. The lack of cap logo certainly does lend some credence to this possibility.
