Default T206 experts: Is this a new Hinchman variation?

Saw this in the Heritage auction.

In all seriousness, I'd be interested in buying the Hinchman from whoever wins this lot. I'm certainly not in favor of drawing on a T206, but my son would get a kick out of having the bearded Hinchman.

A rare double whammy of the first beard and first pair of specs on a card.

Oh wait, forgot about the Harry Wright OJ.

So, now that the cat is out of the bag, Hinchman served in the military, attaining the rank of Colonel. After his baseball days, he changed his name to Sanders, moved to Kentucky, and started selling fried chicken. He was always angry not to have appeared on a Yum Yum card, so now the parent company is just called Yum! That card was from his personal collection.

Purely hypothetical.

Cool card..Hope you are able to get it for your son.

Speaking of Heritage Auctions

Leon...this would make a nice card for your new type card collection.
