Default Are these 'modern' autos anything?

Found an old box that I had squirreled away from the days when I used to buy occasional packs of modern stuff at 7-11. In it was this group of signature cards...

Is there anything good here? Anyone need these cards for their collection? If so, hit me up.

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

IMO- Those are good, though I don't personally need any of those...put them on BST live auction starting at a few bucks and see what you can get.

I sure hope the Topps 'certified' autographs are good...I have hundreds of them.

Like all 'not in person' autographs, it depends on who you trust.

I'm guessing the Major card companies i.e. Topps could not afford such a wide-spread scandal as fakes autographs would be.

Holy heck!!! I have no idea. Here's a zoom in...

modernautosrandomBELLcloseup.jpg

So, now it's a weird autograph variation. Funny.

I looked quickly at the Reds rosters from 2000 and 2001 and I didn't see a name that this could be...but maybe it's there? Someone with an 'i' in their first name.
Or, I guess if these were sent out to the players to be signed and then returned to Skybox, perhaps one of the other players on the checklist got this card and signed it himself?? Kind of a big FU. Ha ha.

I checked com-c and all of his autographs look like that for all brands. I think he signed Robbi Bell, or it might just be a nice tight scribble, either way it is a consistent signature.

Thanks, Bill.

Was not expecting that. Who would ever think that autograph is from a person named Rob/Robbi Bell??? Both names look to start with a stylish 'M' and all of the other letters are at the same, low, vowel height. How are there b's and l's present??? This card belongs in that thread bemoaning the illegible signatures of modern players.

I'm just glad they put his name on the card because I would never be able to guess who he is otherwise.

Rob Bell (maybe signed as Bobbie?) $1
Kent Bottenfeld has actually sold for up to $15 on COMC, but is currently listed at $8.
Liniak $2
Escobar has sales on COMC up to $5 and is currently sold out.
Nick Johnson $3.

And yes, Topps, UD, Leaf, etc have all been hit by people having their family members or agents signing in place of them. I have a thread on here somewhere about it. Recently someone forged two different player's names on the same "Witnessed by a Topps representative" card.
