Default more fake Mays?

I am not positive but what do you think of lots 1365 and 1366 in new Love of the Game? to me they are some of those 2004 topps original of Mays that could be bad.
Not blaming Al. I bought some on ebay and took me awhile before I knew and threw out

I am far from an expert but 1365 seems to be no good, speaking as someone with multiple Mays autos.

Hey all,

Okay, anyone care to educate me? When I dug into these my understanding was that these were a legitimate Topps issue. You know at this point (I hope) we work pretty hard not to put bad stuff in the hobby, so please lmk if I missed something here.

Thx,
Al

Al see this. https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=279527
I wasted a bit of $ trusting the cert without studying the autograph. Mays was very common. Common mistake

Sigh.

Add this to the list of reasons why the hobby needs a Standard Catalog. You can do all the research in the world, but if you miss the right message board thread, you still wind up making an error.

Thanks, Michael.

I just checked to see for myself and apparently both lots have been withdrawn.

I didn't see much reason to belabor the point. The thread Michael linked to gave me enough information to not feel comfortable with the cards, so I pulled them.
