Default Vintage Pennant Question - Help Please!

Hey guys, does anyone know the value of this pennant? I am selling it and want to ask a reasonable price. It is a full size one and really nice except for the bottom ties are short.
Any help would be greatly apprecited,

Tony,
It looks like the pennant has been trimmed. Should be close to 29 inches.

By the make up of the "tassles" this is a 40's era pennant. They can be sometimes smaller than the standard 29, but the fabric is generally softer and looser which leads them to have more of a frayed edge all the way around. The edges of this pennant look somewhat "sharp" cut. Generally the piping isn't cut to match the cut of the pennant itself which leads me to believe it was possibly trimmed. Always hard to tell when not in hand. As Rob said, this pennant is kind of lower demand as most 40's era pennants are because they're kind of blah in graphics. I personally think they're a great deal for the money.
