Default 1964 Topps Baseball Card Poster Uncut

1964 Topps Baseball Card Poster - Several years ago I acquired this promotional poster. As the image shows, the front and back feature many stars contained in the set. The scratch/rub-off features on the card back are not functional. The front and back of the poster appears to be printed by offset, and the card sizes are slightly smaller than those available in the packs.

QUESTION: Does anyone know the origin or purpose of this poster/promo item? Thanks for your time and courtesy of a response.

Warm Regards -- and Keepmeposted! -- Dan

I am thinking this was produced many years later. In 1964 Pete Rose and Joe Torre weren’t stars of the level of the rest of the players yet. I believe I have seen similar posters on Etsy.

Thanks for your response. Good point. Wonder why Mantle wasn't depicted.

It's strange that the piece doesn't actually show the full sized cards on front, but rather 'cropped to the max' versions of the cards.
The 'white' on the card fronts isn't white like the areas between and around the cards, so it's likely someone put this together using 'picture boxes' in a page layout program on a computer.

ETA: Plus, the space in between the cards (front and back) is much too narrow to produce properly dimensioned cards, regardless of the intended ("slightly smaller") size.

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.
