1952 Topps High # Miscuts

Im hoping someone can help. Wondering how you would you value these HIGH NUMBER 52 Topps cards that are so miscut, you can see two cards on each.

Most would be valued 2-3 grades lower that one that isn't miscut.

I agree, take 2/3 off the miscut value..should give you a ballpark figure

FWIW, if the miscut is only slight and only on the back of the card, sometimes PSA overlooks it. They do this especially often on 1955 Bowman baseball, since the back borders are so narrow and regularly don't line up properly with the front of the card. I have seen some 1952 Topps that also should have been awarded MC qualifiers, but were not.

I prefer them slapping the MC on the '52 Topps as often as possible (with how it's made people run for the hills on some of my set building needs before, even on the high numbers).

A few weeks ago in an auction, I picked up a PSA 6 MC high # common that was just 75/25 OC t/b on the front, and barely miscut in that direction on the back. You can see just the start of the next card's red line from the nameplate, and all writing on the opposite edge barely squeezes in.

Not surprisingly, it sold for barely half of what a grade 5 with no qualifiers would've, and that's easily it could've gotten.
